Identity Guard, recently ranked #1 by PC World magazine for “Best in Class”, offers three distinctive identity theft protection solutions designed to meet a variety of customer’s needs. The three reporting and repair programs currently offered by Identity Guard are Watchful Eye®, Extra Caution®, and Total Protection℠.

With Watchful Eye® members receive credit bureau monitoring, internet surveillance, credit reports and scores, plus $2,500 in identity theft loss insurance. The Extra Caution® plan provides all the same services as Watchful Eye® plus monitoring by three credit bureaus, three-in-one credit report with score, and $1,000,000 in identity theft loss insurance. Finally, the Total Protection℠ plan includes all of the services of the other two programs, including the $1,000,000 in identity theft loss insurance, but also includes several additional programs, such as identity monitoring, public record monitoring, ID Vault®, Mobile Lockbox®, and PrivacyProtect®.

ID Vault® is designed to protect member’s finances from fraudulent schemes by securely encrypting usernames, passwords, and credit card information, allowing quick sign-in to online banking and other websites.

Mobile Lockbox® is a web-enabled feature that securely stores personal records and financial information; accessible via mobile phone, PDA, or computer.

PrivacyProtect® safeguards from “keylogging” – a process used by thieves to capture information typed using your keyboard, including login information and passwords. Secure internet browsing is accomplished through encrypting keystrokes.
